A Lucky Irish Sixpence

(1 review) Write a Review

Sixpences were used not only in England but throughout the British Kingdom, including Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
We'll ship you a genuine old sixpence from Ireland, all of which are over 50 years. These coins feature the Brian Boru harp, the national symbol of Ireland since the 13th century.
These coins are uncommon and our supply is very limited, so we cannot guarantee a particular date. Each handpicked and polished coin will arrive in our beautiful acid free sixpence wedding card with matching envelope, a keepsake to be passed down to future generations of lucky brides. We've left space on the back of the card for a handwritten note to the bride.

The luck of the Irish for our family wedding

Posted by Connor Obrien on Nov 30th 2020

Our family has an long Irish heritage so this is exactly what I was searching for to give to my daughter on her wedding day. The coin was in perfect condition and the explanation of the sixpence tradition on the back of the card is great. She loved it.
